SPORT applications open until April 1

Summer Program in Outcomes Research Training (SPORT) 2019 is now accepting applications for Summer 2019. Applications are open until April 1, 2019.
SPORT provides an intensive introduction to outcomes research for fellows and junior faculty and includes coursework in health services research, biostatistics, research methods, and clinical epidemiology. The program also offers participants opportunities to develop a research proposal that could form the basis of an NIH or other career development award. All SPORT participants attend the weekly Outcomes Research Workshop (ORW) as well as a number of other workshops and training opportunities throughout the summer. View the SPORT 2019 Flyer here.
- 2019 Program Dates: Monday, July 8 – Friday, August 23, 2019. Although the 2019 schedule is not yet finalized, it will be very similar to the 2018 SPORT schedule found here.
- CHeSS is now accepting applications for SPORT 2019. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 1, 2019, at 5 pm Central Time.
