This workshop will provide hands-on training in basic R programming, covering the following topics:
- Installing R and packages, data I/O, and common data structures
- Basic summary statistics and plotting using vectors
- Using and plotting built-in probability distributions
- Statistics and plotting using tables
- One- and two-sample significance testing
- Correlation and regression analysis
This course is appropriate for those who already have some knowledge of R programming. If you need a refresher, materials from previous R training sessions are available here.
Participants must bring their own laptop computers with the latest versions of R and RStudio installed.
The size of the room limits us to 30 participants. Please register to reserve your seat.
