NO TRANSFER FEES
Unlike some competitors, we don’t charge for transferring data to or from CRI storage. Need an even lower cost option for long-term storage? Take a look at our archive service.
Data stored with the CRI is automatically backed up to tape on a daily basis with our centralized, encrypted backup and restore system.
SECURE AND COMPLIANT
Working with PHI? Our systems in Kenwood Data Center are compliant with HIPAA requirements. We work with the BSD Information Security Office to achieve the highest possible level of data security.
REQUEST ACCESS TO EXISTING LABSHARE
Data archival storage is an add-on service for existing labshare users. Save on long-term storage by securely archiving data you aren’t actively using. The first TB of archival storage is free! Learn more in our Archival Storage User Guide.
A BSD account is required to request access to CRI resources. Read more about BSD accounts and passwords.
These terms of service apply to users of Archival Storage. Retrieval of archived data may be requested here.
For cost information, please email us and request a copy of the CRI Charge Guide.
If you have questions about CRI resources, we’re here to answer — send us an email. If you’ve run into a problem with one of our resources, submit a ticket here.
We are proud to work with the BSD Information Security Office (ISO) to keep our resources secure and compliant with organizational, state, and federal guidelines. The ISO website offers additional security information and services.
