Introduction to NVIDIA Parabricks

NVIDIA is currently providing a free 90-day license for Parabricks to all COVID-19 researchers. Join the CRI Seminar Series and NVIDIA for on online introduction to this genome-sequencing software.

NVIDIA Parabricks has accelerated the secondary analysis of sequencing data to analyze a 30X whole genome in minutes instead of days. We will show how GPUs can accelerate industry-standard bioinformatics algorithms used in BWA-Mem, GATK4 and deep learning technologies used in variant calling such as DeepVariant. We will also show how to use NVIDIA NGC to run customized pipelines with Parabricks-accelerated tools on-prem or in any public cloud.
