This workshop is the second in a two-part series offering hands-on training in IPython and Pandas for bioinformatics. 

This course will cover how to use the Jupyter Notebooks application (formerly called IPython Notebooks) as a practical tool for organizing your workflow. We will demonstrate how to integrate external tools and features of the notebook to carry out a practical analysis, from data exploration through producing notebooks to enable reproducible science. 

This course is most appropriate for those who have some familiarity with Python, Jupyter/IPython Notebooks, and the Linux/Unix command line. Participants must bring their own laptop computers.
The size of the room limits us to 30 participants. Please register to reserve your seat.
