Details:

This workshop will provide hands-on training in Python programming for bioinformatics, continuing from the lessons covered in our April workshop.

Part II will cover the following topics:

Objects in Python
 More String and List functions
 Decision-making and control flow
 Reading and writing files

 

Participants are encouraged to review the contents of last’s month Introduction to Python Programming Part I training before attending this workshop.

The size of the room limits us to 30 participants.
