Epic Cosmos is a secure clinical research platform that provides access to de-identified electronic health record data from more than 300 million patients across hundreds of healthcare organizations. Researchers can explore real-world inpatient and outpatient data including diagnoses, medications, lab results, and procedures to identify patient cohorts, analyze clinical trends, validate hypotheses, and accelerate data-driven research while protecting patient privacy.
