Dear CRI and REDCap Community,
Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on the REDCap recharge model for BSD and PSOM projects. Our initial FAQ, which explains which projects will be billed and how to review and close out your projects before the model takes effect on January 1, 2027, can be found here.
Please note:
- On November 1, CRI moved projects with no activity in the past two years to Completed status. No projects or data were deleted, and you can request to reopen a project from the Show Completed Projects link on your My Projects page.
- By December 31, 2026, please review your remaining projects and mark any that are no longer needed as Completed.
Additional information will be shared in the coming weeks. The FAQ will be updated and distributed accordingly.
